On a cold Wednesday night in January, Profilestore was invited to wine tasting evening at Worcester cricket club. As sponsors we get invited to many events but it is safe to say Leanne was excited about this one. Eight glasses of beautiful wine provided by Juckes of Worcester was accompanied by 8 small and but mighty courses by paisley flour and a bucket for swirling and spitting that not one person used. Highlights and now recommendations from Leanne are Humo Blanco Sauvignon Blanck from Chile and Duro Red from Portugal, Lionel as a non-drinker would recommend the chateau du Pepsi and the Applewood Smoked Seabass Crudo. It was incredible night and some fascinating conversations were had. Another bonus was that by some miracle all members of staff turned up on time Thursday morning!
